Most of the time companies have revenue coming in from only a few channels such as credit cards and wire transfers. Expenses on the other hand can be quite substantial and there can be a lot more work here getting it all organized.
You can cancel anytime. We require 30 days notice to cancel your subscription. Otherwise, no minimum commitments expected.
For the $100k – $200k and $200k – $400k packages, we prepare your books by the 7th of each month. For the $10k – $50k and $50k – $100k packages, the preparation is completed by the 15th. For the $0k – $10k package, we ensure readiness before the 30th.
So whenever possible we will import your data directly from the source, then categorize it for you. In some cases, we will need to upload data via CSV files (if the accounts can not be linked). In all cases, we do our very best to make sure everything is properly categorized. But if something needs to be recategorized we are happy to do it at no charge.
We try to keep clients with the same bookkeeper from month to month because this way they learn about your business and can do the best job possible. However, if you would prefer to switch your bookkeeper that is not a problem. Just let us know and we will be happy to make that happen with as smooth of a transition as possible.
Xero has a much more user-friendly interface for business owners. You don’t have to be an accountant to use Xero, run reports, etc. That said, it is still a very robust system with integrations to all the major financial institutions. So it’s a win-win!
Yes, this feature is available in our monthly bookkeeping plans for companies with monthly revenues of $50k and above.

Yes, if you no longer want our assistance we can transfer the account to you. We do require a minimum of a 3-month commitment if we have not prepared your tax return, or a 12-month commitment if we have.

We will then set up your accounting tech stack for bookkeeping, payroll, expense management, invoicing, and recurring payments, ensuring everything is scheduled and automated. Monthly, we deliver balanced Financial Statements on a cash basis by the 10th of the following month (or 5 business days after you share all necessary documents).
You will receive your completed monthly bookkeeping by the 10th of the month, provided we’ve received all necessary information from you. If your documents are submitted late, your bookkeeping will be completed within 5 business days of receiving your information.
